At Personal Gifts, we’re committed to delivering your custom-made gifts safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Since most of our products are personalized, production may take an additional 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another email once it’s shipped, including a tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

  • Standard Delivery: 5–9 business days
  • Express Delivery (selected pin codes): 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹69 for orders below ₹999.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Available for selected locations with an additional ₹50 handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use this link anytime to check your order status and delivery updates in real-time.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect:

  • The courier may not deliver your package, and
  • The order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges will apply for orders returned due to address errors.


6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Remote or restricted delivery zones
  • Natural disasters or government restrictions

We’ll keep you informed of any such delays and work to resolve them quickly.


7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
  2. Contact us immediately at info@personalgifts.in with your order number and photos.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
