We aim to ensure every order brings a smile to your face. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Customized Products
All personalized items are made uniquely for you. Because of their customized nature, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is printed or produced — unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We request customers to carefully review their design, spelling, and order details before finalizing the purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@personalgifts.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Packaging images (if possible)
Once verified, we’ll offer:
- A replacement of the same item at no extra cost, or
- A full refund (in case replacement isn’t possible)
3. Wrong or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we’ll ship the missing or correct item as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not yet started.
- Once a custom order goes into production or printing, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation, email us at info@personalgifts.in with your order number.
5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not available in the following cases:
- Incorrect spelling, color, or design uploaded by the customer.
- Slight color variations due to screen/display differences.
- Damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery.
- Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect address details.
7. Shipping & Return Instructions
If a return is required, you’ll receive shipping instructions via email.
Please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- You include all accessories, invoices, and proof of purchase.
In most defective or wrong-item cases, Personal Gifts covers the return shipping cost.
